Better than bronze, silver or gold. In the label's first major competitive win, Jumping Vines was named "Best in Class" among the $30-35 Cabernet Sauvignons by the judges of the 2010 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition. JV's 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon (appellation: Clements Hills, CA) prevailed over one gold medal winner, ten silver medal winners and 28 bronze medal winners to take the "Best in Class" honor.

Dating back to 1983, the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition is the largest competition of American wines in the world and a tremendous attraction for San Francisco Bay Area lovers of fine wine, food, and entertainment.
